We contracted Paul Tann Ltd to carry out the all groundworks, structural  works, surface water/ foul water drainage works and the installation of a Sewerage Treatment Plant as part of our new house build in February of 2015.

We opted for a local contractor and we could not have made a better choice. Paul and his team were extremely helpful during the construction process. The works were carried out without delay and to a high standard. The works were all signed off by Tonbridge & Malling Council.

The site itself had a difficult access; this was overcome by Paul Tann Ltd advising and building a sleeper retaining wall to aid access for all the deliveries into the site.

After the main build was completed we had Paul back to do all external groundworks , landscaping,  topsoil spreading and levelling, this included the construction of a number of oak sleeper walls.

The final stage was to lay an Indian Stone Patio, we again employed Paul Tann Ltd to do this and they made a superb job of it.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who needs good quality and reliable works at realistic prices. There were no hidden surprises.
