Paul Tann Director
Paul Tann established Paul Tann Ltd in 2005 after several years working as a sole trader with some of the country’s leading house builders.
Reputation, demand and natural leadership prompted Paul to set up his own Groundworks business and he has never looked back.
On the rare weekend he has off, Paul can be found either on the golf course, or spending quality time with his grandsons - often involving them helping him dig, bang or drive the digger! - or cooking for friends and family.
His real passion and relaxation.
Tina Tann Director
As Paul’s better half, Tina looks after the bookkeeping side of the business and also handles quotations, invoices and scheduling.
Like Paul, Tina enjoys family time, as well as entertaining friends in their newly renovated home.
Glen
Glen joined Paul Tann Ltd back in 2009 after many years working within the greenkeeping industry.
He takes pride in making customers’ visions come to life and is a valuable asset within the company.
In his spare time, Glen enjoys a round of golf and spending quality time with his family.
Robson
Robson joined Paul Tann Ltd with limited experience within the building industry, but possessed a real passion for learning the trade from some of the leading groundworkers in Kent.
Two years on, Robson has developed a strong skillset and a brilliant ‘can do’ attitude.
He will go far.
Callum
Fresh out of school and following in the footsteps of his older brother Robson, Callum is driven by the hands on nature of the building trade.
Determination to succeed and his enthusiasm is demonstrated in all aspects of his work.
At just 17, Callum has his sights set on a successful career within the Groundworks industry.
Alistair
To ensure all of the workforce comply with the latest health and safety regulations, Al keeps a close eye on the welfare of the team and customers throughout projects.
He is a real asset to the team and although we don’t have him full time he is a very valued member of the work force.
Al enjoys spending time with his growing family, having recently welcomed his first grandchild into the world, or having a ride out on one of his bikes.
